Deviant Art Redesign

For the most part, I have to say I am pretty happy with the redesign of Deviant Art. Things look much cleaner as far as interface goes. I also see they have tossed in a few RSS feeds as well. This morning I played around with updating my profile there (which I had not touched for over a year) and it all went smooth.

The only place I have a problem is when it comes to searching for images by resolution. I used to like to search for computer wallpaper there, and it was handy to cut them down to resolutions that only matched mine. Right now I don’t see a way you can get that done. Maybe one of you can point me to the right place.

Other than that one little problem, everything else is super! It makes me want to go out there and create just that much more!

Another Free MySpace Layout

Well since it seems like a lot of people liked my first one, I figured I would put out another free MySpace layout. As before, feel free to use it, download it, change it. I really don’t care. Included inside the .zip file is what you need to copy into your “About Me” section in MySpace and a sample background image. You’ll have to upload the background image to your own server space. Enjoy, and if you want to see more, just let me know!

New Domain, Same Great Mitch Taste

Well I finally pulled the plug on Blogware and moved things over to Mitchelaneous.com. Hopefully I will be able to get all my Blogware stuff canceled soon so I can focus more on creating content and less on managing the backend. Blogware hasn’t been too bad of a service, I think I just out grew them. I needed more and they just couldn’t get it to me.

My RSS feed will stay the same, only the main URL is changing here. So make sure you update your bookmarks to my new blogging home Mitchelaneous.com. Leave me a comment and tell me what you think!
