This match was also for the EAW’s Intercontinental Championship.  Now, why did a backyard wrestling federation that only really wrestled in two locations (my backyard and behind the screens at a local movie theater) need an Intercontinental Championship?  Well, those are questions you only think about ten years after the fact.  Enjoy the match!

EAW TV is a weekly look back at the backyard wrestling my friends and I partook in, in the late 90’s to early 2000’s.  Not out there to impress, but rather to entertain, watch the Extreme Amateur Wrestling crew take each other on, one more time.

It is a horror movie about sideshow performers.  Instead of using makeup and actors though, the films director (and producer) Tod Browning hired actual carnival performers.  That, in its own right, makes it even stranger.  The film was also banned in the United Kingdom for thirty years.
