Silverfreak vs Ringmaster – EAW TV

Before the Web Hosting Show was the one and only voice of the web hosting world, I was known as the self proclaimed, “one and only freak of pro wrestling”.  In this week’s look back at the old Extreme Amateur Wrestling archives, we have myself – Silverfreak taking on the supreme juggalo himself, the Ringmaster. 

This match was also for the EAW’s Intercontinental Championship.  Now, why did a backyard wrestling federation that only really wrestled in two locations (my backyard and behind the screens at a local movie theater) need an Intercontinental Championship?  Well, those are questions you only think about ten years after the fact.  Enjoy the match!

EAW TV is a weekly look back at the backyard wrestling my friends and I partook in, in the late 90’s to early 2000’s.  Not out there to impress, but rather to entertain, watch the Extreme Amateur Wrestling crew take each other on, one more time.

My Birthday Present for You… Freaks!

Since today is my birthday, I had to find something extra special to get for all of you.  Yes, I know birthdays usually work the other way around – but hey, I am a giving kind of guy. So what better to hand you than another public domain favorite movie of mine, Freaks.

It is a horror movie about sideshow performers.  Instead of using makeup and actors though, the films director (and producer) Tod Browning hired actual carnival performers.  That, in its own right, makes it even stranger.  The film was also banned in the United Kingdom for thirty years.
