If you consider today’s video game commercials to be weird, you have never witnessed the awesomeness that is the old Atari Pole Position commercial.
Where does the big hand come from? I don’t know either. For those of you unfamiliar with Pole Position it is a racing game that was released back in 1982 by Namco. In the game, you must complete a lap in a certain time limit in order to qualify for the “big race”. Have any other favorite classic video game commercials you love?
Need a totally off the wall and oddball way of explaining bandwidth to your friends? This video (from what I guess is a commercial for Internet access from Hong Kong) should do the job.

Well it looks like GoDaddy did do a Super Bowl ad with Candice Michelle in it – they just didn’t show it during the Super Bowl… does that count? Oh well, who cares. Like I need a reason to watch more Candice Michelle.

I like this one a little more than the one they actually showed for GoDaddy during the Super Bowl. Anybody else agree with me?
The favorite part for me of the Super Bowl is the ads. Personally I could care less about football, just not my cup of tea. GoDaddy has always put out some memorable ads so I was excited to see what they had in store…
