Well I finally pulled the plug on Blogware and moved things over to Mitchelaneous.com. Hopefully I will be able to get all my Blogware stuff canceled soon so I can focus more on creating content and less on managing the backend. Blogware hasn’t been too bad of a service, I think I just out grew them. I needed more and they just couldn’t get it to me.
My RSS feed will stay the same, only the main URL is changing here. So make sure you update your bookmarks to my new blogging home Mitchelaneous.com. Leave me a comment and tell me what you think!

Well, right now the whole Mitchelaneous Web page (http://mitch.lockergnome.net) is sort of in limbo. I wanted to be able to move the blogging from Blogware over to my own server space running WordPress, but I’ve hit a rock and a hard place. Right now I am waiting to get the thumbs up or thumbs down on if I can do it.
If I can’t do it, then I am stuck with either staying on Blogware and keeping all my search result ranking in place or moving to a better system and having to change my domain name. I do own Mitchelaneous.com, so if all else fails I could use that.
In other Blogware waiting news, I am also still waiting for them to cancel the account I had for the Web Hosting Show there. I sent in the request last Thursday to have it cancelled and still haven’t heard anything yet.
Update: Well, I just got my most recent reply to Blogware’s support system bounced back to me. Seems like they really don’t want me to cancel my old Web Hosting Show account.
