I need some MEAT! That it where this episode takes off. I’m back in my Mitchcraft world in Minecraft, trying to start up a chicken farm. Will I be able to find the chickens? You’ll have to watch to see. I also do a little more diggings and planning for my “hopefully” abundant diamond mines. I have already gotten lucky with finding a lot of gold to start out – will the luck continue? Want more? Hole in the Wall
Welcome back to another episode of Mitchcraft! In this second episode for the series, I am going to take a look around the ravine and abandoned mine that I found while digging around before the first episode. We will see what we can scout out together and make some plans. Please be sure to comment, like and subscribe so I know you are out there. I’d also love to hear any feedback or suggestions you think I could do to make things better too.
Manage Multiple Windows on the Desktop
Since going to a two monitor setup – the one thing I have the most trouble with us getting all my windows arranged in a way that I like. You’d think with all the extra screen real estate that would be easy, right? Wrong. Thankfully GridMove is here to save my day. This desktop window manager will let you organize all the open windows on your desktop in just a couple of seconds.
Wheat Farming in Minecraft
Ready for some Mitchcraft? In this first episode of my new YouTube series I will show you what I’ve done to get started in this new world and also start a wheat farm right in front of your eyes. I have skipped over some of the basic “first day” type game play that many people have covered before me. Trying to get right to the meat and potatoes of game play. What is Mitchcraft?
As you can tell from our last post, I have been playing a lot of Minecraft as of late. So, I thought to myself, “Mitch, why not kill two birds with one stone and produce content AND play Minecraft at the same time?”. So, after being a fan of many popular YouTube “Let’s Play” series I thought it was about time for me to give it a shot. So, that is how Mitchcraft was born.
Mitch in Minecraft
This weekend I finally got to play around with an idea that has been in the back of my head for a while now, doing a “Let’s Play” video in Minecraft. I have become a big fan of some of the more popular YouTube series based around Minecraft, so I thought I might try doing it myself. What you see here is more of a trial/test video to see if there is any interest from you in me doing more of these and also a test to see if I’d like to do more of them myself.
How to Increase php.ini Upload Limit
Got another quick php.ini tutorial to share with you today. It is really easy to use a php.ini file to increase your PHP upload limit. Lots of scripts ask you to do this so that you can upload larger files. By default, the server and PHP limit you on how much content you can upload at once. By tweaking this setting though, you can bump it up some.
How to Create a php.ini File
When you are working on a website, a php.ini file can be used for a lot of neat things. More times than not, it is used to increase your upload limit. Are you in the need for a php.ini file, but your web hosting account is lacking one? You can create your own and upload it to the right spot after following a few simple steps.
