You can test your password here to see if it will be any good or not.  It grades on a number of different scales to tell you if your password is bad, why it is bad.  The minimum requirements are that it contain three out of these four details: Uppercase Letters, Lowercase Letters, Numbers and Symbols.  Mix it up so it is harder for anybody else to guess or for bots to figure out on their own.  The Password Meter is something everybody should use, but sadly few give passwords this much consideration.
