In my adventure to switch from Yahoo! Mail to Gmail I have found a handful of links that have helped my both pre-move and post-move that I thought I’d share with you all.
- Google Groups – Gmail Help Discussion
- Google Gmail Help Center
- Lifehacker – Posts tagged with “gmail”
- Google Gmail Resources on ZDNet
- Ultimate Guide to Google’s Gmail – Kyle’s Cove
Have any more to suggest? I’d love to check ‘em out.

Thanks for mentioning my guide Mitch.
I don’t think much has changed since January, but I should probably go through and update it, or add some images
Hey, not a problem – it helped me out so I figured it might be of some use to a few others.
I can’t say enough thank for such a wonderful post.
This is getting a bit much more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has far more flair, and some cool functions like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of individuals will center on that item, and one more set of “neighbors” will arrive into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also excellent enjoyable, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming good friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created depending on an amalgamation of what all your buddies are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Individuals concerned with privacy will probably be relieved to understand you can avoid the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so pick.
