I have been having some problems with FeedBurner the past couple of days. Now I’m not sure if the problems are caused on my end or their end, but hopefully I got everything fixed this afternoon. So if you noticed a few things screwy going on with the Web site, this was the reason why.
I wish FeedBurner had a better way of accessing support. Handling things through E-mail is OK, but there are better alternatives out there. Give me a help desk to login and logout of. At least then I would know that somebody has seen my problem and is working on it. When it is three or four hours between E-mails, I tend to get a little worried.
On the brighter side, once I got the issues explained to them, they were pretty quick at getting it all under control. Let’s just cross our fingers and hope this is the last of my feed problems.
