Well, right now the whole Mitchelaneous Web page (http://mitch.lockergnome.net) is sort of in limbo. I wanted to be able to move the blogging from Blogware over to my own server space running WordPress, but I’ve hit a rock and a hard place. Right now I am waiting to get the thumbs up or thumbs down on if I can do it.
If I can’t do it, then I am stuck with either staying on Blogware and keeping all my search result ranking in place or moving to a better system and having to change my domain name. I do own Mitchelaneous.com, so if all else fails I could use that.
In other Blogware waiting news, I am also still waiting for them to cancel the account I had for the Web Hosting Show there. I sent in the request last Thursday to have it cancelled and still haven’t heard anything yet.
Update: Well, I just got my most recent reply to Blogware’s support system bounced back to me. Seems like they really don’t want me to cancel my old Web Hosting Show account.
