I have very little time for TV these days. If it isn’t Adult Swim, late night news, or wrestling chances are I probably will not get to see it. The few times I do find a show I like outside of that scope, it gets cancelled (See Dead Like Me). I had high hopes for Current TV, but I am afraid to say so far the experience hasn’t been very good.
The first thing that bugs me is the fact that on DirecTV, the show listings are just shown as long four or five hour blocks of nothing but “Current TV – No Description”. How am I suppose to know when something I would like to see is on? The few times I have stopped on the channel, I haven’t seen anything I would really tell people I watched. So to the folks at Current TV that will probably never see this, I have one message for you. Then don’t even ask me to get into the bad teenage segment introductions. If I wanted to see hot teenagers reading from cue cards, I’d turn it back to MTV.
Put something interesting on!
