The reason this is such a big deal is because I pretty much cut myself off from instant messages when I quit working Web hosting support. Just think of it as me being gun shy. After getting 40 to 50 messages an hour from folks needing help I was scared away from the whole instant messaging experience. I’m coming back though. I have seen the light and now I want to hear what you have to think.
